Dry Mouth More Condition_symptoms I'm A Mouth-breather (when I Sleep) And I Wake Up With A Dry Mouth. How To Fix This?

I'm a mouth-breather (when I sleep) and I wake up with a dry mouth. How to fix this? - dry mouth more condition_symptoms

I tried many nasal sprays, including nasonex and oceans, but none worked for me. I always wake up with a dry mouth and thus had swollen gums. Another terrible way to wake. Much appreciated.

Finally, I went to an ear, nose and throat. He said he had pollups in my nose and I had a deviated septum. He has the surgery and breathing better than ever (thanks to my nose!) I also have a better relationship with my toothbrush and floss ............. but still the same, if you sleep with open mouth that cause more calculus, plaque, and the reverse / inflammation of the gums. Furthermore, I now have a prescription for Flonase to help my nasal breathing ......
