How do you stop new shoes from rubbing the back of your ankle/foot? - foot and ankle surgeons
I bought a couple pairs of shoes that fit well, but the upper part of the shoe rubs on the back foot (ankle) and it hurts. Any simple solutions?

Stick a bandage on her ankle every time before you ... Band Aid, or you can connect directly into the shoe where the foot rubs. (: Works for me!
When the cords tie around the last section can be shortened, and that usually helps with the touch of his heel.
