Muscle Building/Getting stronger? - ideal muscle percentage
I am 15 and I'm not really sure if I work. I'm 5'10 and 135 pounds. I have a body fat percentage of 15%. Until now, the practice as follows:
Monday to Friday, chest and stomach running every two days (125 repetitions of push-ups and 100 abdominal) and 5 miles on Saturday and Sunday for the Rest Is it better to exercise every other day? Should I go a different muscle group every day of the week? What should I do with the cardiovascular workout to do? So what would an ideal training muscles and lower body fat (10% body fat to win and maybe 140 pounds wants to have)?
