Sounds like symptoms of dehydration or flu, something. No need to worry maturbation. If you have a problem, then the increase in heart rate, etc. that come w / masturbation can lead to dizziness and others. They urgently need another doctor if it is likely that something that causes the problem to consult in a lower level. Masturbation does not cause disease.
